This application is a personal project by an employee of DELTAgroup Security & Services AG. It is not operated, endorsed, or approved by DELTAgroup. It helps you understand how shifts and payroll rules may be calculated and what pay you might roughly expect — figures are estimates only, not official payroll or HR advice.

Who is responsible

The data controller for this website and database is the individual developer who operates this application — notDELTAgroup Security & Services AG. DELTAgroup does not host this app, does not control its data, and is not a party to this policy.

For privacy requests (access, correction, deletion), contact the site operator who provisioned your account.

Who this applies to

This policy covers personal data processed in this unofficial shift and payroll helper (the "App"). Access is limited to people invited by the operator. The App is not a public consumer service.

Data we process

Depending on how you use the App, the operator may process:

  • Account data: name, email address, employment-related profile fields you enter.
  • Work data: shifts and assignments, venues, payroll-related calculations, canton and workplace settings.
  • Google account data: sign-in via Google OAuth; an encrypted refresh token to sync assignments to Google Calendar if you enable that feature.
  • Location-related data: addresses you enter, geocoding results, and travel distance estimates used for rule calculations.
  • Technical data: session cookies required to keep you signed in.

Why we process it

Data is used to:

  • Run the App and show estimated hours, premiums, and payroll-related breakdowns.
  • Authenticate you and enforce account status (active, pending, suspended).
  • Optionally sync assignment details to your Google Calendar.
  • Send optional email reports after calendar sync when you opt in.

The App does not replace official DELTAgroup payroll, HR systems, or employment records.

Third-party services

The App uses services that may receive personal data:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting (region per project settings).
  • Google— sign-in, Calendar API, and optionally Places API (see Google's privacy policy).
  • OpenStreetMap / Nominatim and OSRM — address lookup and routing (requests may include coordinates or addresses).

Retention and security

Data is kept while your account is active and as needed to operate the App. Google refresh tokens are stored encrypted. Access is restricted by application logic and database row-level security. Do not share your account.

Your rights

Under applicable Swiss and EU data-protection law you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Exercise them by contacting the operator (data controller), not DELTAgroup HR, unless DELTAgroup is legally responsible in a specific case unrelated to this App.
