Describe the problem you are trying to solve and how you would use the change. A rough idea is fine — no need for a full product brief.

Send by email
Pick a type for the right template. Copy To, Subject, or Body into any mail client (e.g. iCloud), or open Mail app / Gmail / Outlook with the draft filled in.
